Mr. Greg Papenfus at MC2 is amazing. We’ve worked with him on the pre-drywall inspection & the final inspection and both experiences were top notch. He was able to work us into his schedule in a timely fashion and we got the inspections done without needing to take any times off from our office jobs. His attention to details was greatly appreciated as being the first-time home buyer, there’re just a lot of ins-and-outs that we weren’t aware of / not knowing to look for. During the visits, he was respectful of our property - took the shoes off, placed a blanket on the carpet when using the ladder, careful of not leaving any marks on the wall when moving his equipment here and there.. etc - just to name a few. After the inspections were completed, we received the report the same day - no need to follow up - and they were very thorough (90 & 230 photos / 20 & 50 pages of report)!!!
