Radon testing is the only way to detect radon levels in your Indianapolis home, and ensure you are safe from radon gas. We use state of the art continuous radon monitors which are much more effective in detecting radon levels than the once common yet antiquated charcoal canister method. The monitor will sit in the lowest level of the home for a minimum period of 48 hours. Once the test is complete, we will email the results to you in an easy to read PDF report format.
An inspection of the exterior of the home. The home inspector will be looking for signs of termite activity such as termite shelter tubes, frass, bait stations as well as conditions conducive to termite and other infestations.
An inspection of the interior of the home, with special emphasis on the basement, crawl space, garage, door and window frames, and other areas that are particularly prone to infestation.
We also look for many other wood destroying insects such as carpenter ants, powder post beetles, old house borers etc.
